To celebrate International Women’s Day, the MFO wishes to express its great appreciation to all its women peacekeepers, military and civilian, for their vital contributions to our mission and peace and cooperation between Egypt and Israel. Your work is fundamental to our success and an integral part of our achievements.
Our women peacekeepers excel in carrying out critical responsibilities at all levels throughout the MFO, including in aviation, civilian observation, coastal patrol, engineering, finance, fire prevention, force protection, information and communications technology, legal affairs, liaison, management, medical and dental care, military policing, operations, personnel, procurement, support, and transport. The MFO will endeavor to further develop, support, and incorporate women in all aspects of its peacekeeping and confidence-building mission.
